Wilderness Journeys guide Jackson Looyesia, who leads many of our walking safaris in Kenya at Rekero Camp, has been shortlisted in the World Guide Awards. Jackson is well known in the UK as being the star of the BBC series 'Big Cat Diary'.

Clients who have been lucky enough to spend time at Rekero Camp with Jackson will fondly remember his strong connection with the wild nature of Kenya, his incredible knowledge and his engaging manner.

The Wilderness Journeys team is delighted with his nomination and would like to thank Jackson for his great work with our clients over the past few years. We also wish him luck in the final votes!
